or Select Sign In to log in to your account (for existing app users)

Step 5:
Select Register again to Create your account manually
or Select Google if you have any google account

Step 6:
Create your account by filling up the form
Select Register when you are done.

Step 7:
Select Menu button one the top left corner to bring up the list
You are now Signed In!

You may visit simply scan the table QR Code when you visit any of our stores to order. You shall always signed in to continue earning points.

 

 

 

EARN

For every $1 spent, you will earn 1 point towards your loyalty points. There are several ways to earn points:

Table QR Code ordering

Simply scan the table QR code to start ordering for online payment.
A credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Liven Pay* is accepted. Surcharges apply
You will be prompt if you are not sign in at the check out. Please ensure to sign in to continue earning points.
Once you order is sent and payment successful, your points will be added to your account

* Liven pay is current under testing and not points will be earned. Liven is already a reward program. 

Self Ordering Kiosk

Select your ramen, sides and drinks, go to check out.
Select Scan Membership to activate the Barcode scanner.
On your phone, visit https://order.gensuke.com.au and select the store you are at. Select the menu bar on the top-left corner and select LOYALTY to bring up you membership QR Code. Point you phone to the Kiosk Barcode scanner. A pop up will show Login Successful when done.
Continue with your payment. Points will be added when the transaction is completed.

Over the Counter

Before ordering, please select Scan Membership on the ipad/tablet that is facing you. On your phone, visit https://order.gensuke.com.au and select the store you are at. Select the menu bar on the top-left corner and select LOYALTY to bring up you membership QR Code.
Point you phone to the ipad/tablet to scan your member QR code. Your points will show up on the screen. 
Now you can simply order with the friendly staff and pay using your preferred method.

Table QR Code Ordering

Select your favourite food or drinks on the menu add to cart.
Once you are done, select View Cart. 
On the bottom of the list you will see a green button showing [Redeem Points; $xx Discount]. This will only show if you have a minimum 100 points (for $5 discount)
Simply select the button and the discount will apply to order. 
Select Checkout to make your payment. 

Over the counter

Before ordering, please select Scan Membership on the ipad/tablet that is facing you.
On your phone, visit
https://order.gensuke.com.au and select the store you are at.
Select the menu bar on the top-left corner and select LOYALTY to bring up you membership QR Code.
Point you phone to the ipad/tablet to scan your member QR code.
Your points will show up on the screen. 
Now you can simply order with the friendly staff.
When you are ready to pay, our staff POS screen will show the discount option if you have a minimum 100 points.
They will ask if you want to apply the discount

FAQ

Q: Do I have to log in every time when I order with table QR code or web ordering?
A: In most circumstances, you will only need to log in once. Your browser should have store the login details. For whatever the reason you are logged out, you will be prompted to log in again upon check out before making payment

Q: I am a Hakata Gensuke App user and do I need to use the table QR code ordering?
A: We planned on phasing out the Hakata Gensuke app soon, as the development on it is very slow and outdated. We recommend to use the QR code or web ordering going forward and you may delete the app.

Q: I have previously register the account in the app, but unable to login to the web ordering, what can I do?
A: Firstly, try reseting your password. If this does not work, please fill out the form below and one of the our team member will assist you.

Q: Why am I not collecting any points even I am logged in or scan the QR at cashier or kiosk? I always pay with Liven.
A: You will not earn points if you pay with Liven Pay as Liven is already a reward program.

Q: What will happen to the balance of $2 if I redeemed $20 but my order is only $18.00
A: The $2 balance will be forfeited. We recommend you add other items to the card to maximise the discount

Q: Why there is only 1 discount option for me to choose? I have 500 points but wanted to only claim
A: The system will only show the highest Discount available.

      • Rewards Points can be earned for purchases made through table QR code online ordering, self ordering kiosk and over the counter.
      • Rewards point can be earned via cash, credit or card transaction by scanning the QR code at the start of the transaction.
      • When you spend $1, you will earn 1 reward points
      • Not to be use in conjunction with any other offer or rewards earning through third-party app (eg. Liven).
      • From time to time Hakata Gensuke may run promotions allowing you to earn extra rewards on your purchases.
      • Rewards cannot be earned or redeemed against purchases made through third-party providers, delivery services.
      • Hakata Gensuke does not exchange or refund rewards points for anything else, including for cash or gift cards.
      • Hakata Gensuke reserves the right to monitor your order history to ensure that any rewards are accumulated legitimately
      • Hakata Gensuke is not responsible for any unauthorised use or access of Hakata Gensuke account and redemption of rewards by third-parties including the unauthorised use of reward code sent to an account holder
      • Hakata Gensuke reserves the rights, in its absolute discretion and without prior notice, to remove offer, rewards code. Hakata Gensuke legal rights to recover any loss, damages or other compensation from such offenders are reserved.
      • Hakata Gensuke Loyalty Program is free however all expenses for internet access and access rewards offered are the responsibility of the user
      • Hakata Gensuke may terminate the loyalty program at any time, with or without notice, which may result in loss of rewards and the cancellation rewards associated with the account. Rewards are not your property and may be revoked, cancelled, limited, or modified at any time. Even though such action may affect your rights to use previously received rewards. Interpretation of these terms shall be at the absolute discretion of Hakata Gensuke, whose decision will be final. Hakata Gensuke is not liable for rewards that are loss due to fraudulent, unauthorised, or other unacceptable use. 
      • Any tax liability connected with receipt, use or redemption of any reward through the Hakata Gensuke Loyalty Program is the responsibility of the user

    The types of personal information we may collect from representatives or employees of Merchants who use our Services include your work contact details, your work email address, telephone number, and role.

    The types of personal information we may collect from Customers who use our Services include:

    • your contact details, including email address, street address and/or telephone number;
    • your Order history and food and beverage preferences;
    • your age and/or date of birth; and
    • your credit card or payment details (through our third-party payment processor).

    We may collect these types of personal information directly from you or from third parties.

    Collection and use of personal information

    We may collect, hold, use and disclose personal information for the following purposes:

    • to enable you to access and use our Services, associated applications and associated social media platforms, including to process Orders made through our Platform;
    • to contact and communicate with you;
    • for internal record keeping, administrative purposes, invoicing and billing purposes;
    • for analytics, market research and business development, including to operate and improve our Services, associated applications and associated social media platforms;
    • to run promotions, competitions and/or offer additional benefits to you;
    • for advertising and marketing, including to send you promotional information about our products and services and information that we consider may be of interest to you;
    • to comply with our legal obligations and resolve any disputes that we may have; and
    • if you have applied for employment with us; to consider your employment application.

    Disclosure of personal information to third parties

You acknowledge that some overseas third parties may not be regulated by the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act and if any third party engages in any act or practice that contravenes the Australian Privacy Principles, it would not be accountable under the Privacy Act and you will not be able to seek redress under the Privacy Act.

    How we treat personal information that is also sensitive information

    Sensitive information is a sub-set of personal information that is given a higher level of protection under the Australian Privacy Principles. Sensitive information means information relating to your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion, trade union or other professional associations or memberships, philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, sexual practices or sex life, criminal records, health information or biometric information.

    We do not currently collect sensitive information, and we will not collect sensitive information about you without first obtaining your consent.

    Provided you consent, your sensitive information would only be used and disclosed for purposes relating to the primary purpose for which the sensitive information was collected.

    Sensitive information may also be used or disclosed if required or authorised by law.

    Your rights and controlling your personal information

    Your choice: Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you provide personal information to us, you understand we will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You do not have to provide personal information to us, however, if you do not, it may affect your use of our Services.
