Ramen professionals Hakata Gensuke are heading to the West – making the big move interstate to Perth’s very own East Victoria Park. Using the same recipes from their traditional Japanese restaurants – Hakata brings classic, delicious ramen to Perth.
On the menu are Master chef and Ramen Champion Kousuke’s signature Tonkotsu which features Gensuke original pork broth served with homemade thin noodles, tender pork chashu, black fungus and spring onions.
