Enjoy our signature Tonkotsu, God Fire™, Black, and the exclusive Aka Tonkotsu (Mellow Creamy Mentaiko Pork Bone). Each bowl is crafted with homemade noodles and the unique “Yobimodoshi” (master stock) method by Ramen Master Mr. Kousuke Yoshimura.
